HOW IT WORKS
Our prefab home plan collection has been developed in collaboration with B.PUBLIC Prefab. These home plans are exclusive to B.PUBLIC’s prefab system. Great news - panels can be delivered nationwide. If you’re interested in one of the plans from our prefab collection, reach out to get started.

Reach out to us so that we can learn about your project and share more information. Interested in understanding what the general cost to build is? Use the Planning Set & accompanying panel pricing to work with your builder to test out feasibility for your site & budget.

Onboard and sign your contract with B.PUBLIC. We’ll join you on a kickoff call with you and your builder to get started.

Included in your process is 2 hours of interior layout customizations with the Hereabout team. We’ll help you fine tune the space to make it perfect for your lifestyle.

After structural review for your specific site, both Hereabout and B.PUBLIC will work behind the scenes on the drawings required for your panel production.

Your prefab panels will be built in B.PUBLIC’s controlled factory conditions for airtight, repeatable quality. Your panels are then delivered to your site, ready for efficient installation. From there, your general contractor will finish the build.
