This detailed, builder-ready construction set includes the essential architectural and structural drawings that has been designed and drawn by our studio, coordinated with our structural engineering team, and detailed to provide you and your contractor with a budget-friendly approach towards a sustainable home.

Architectural
Architectural drawings communicate the big picture design down to the details of the wall assemblies. We’ve used our design experience to think through flow and function of each space. We’ve used our building expertise to think through smart, effective solutions for affordable and sustainable construction details. By balancing the two, your new home will not only be beautiful, but it will be healthy.

Interior
Interior drawings communicate the finer details of each space: what finishes are needed and where they’re located, how the cabinetry looks and works, and the location and type of fixtures. Our drawings provide thoughtful suggestions for these spaces, balancing aesthetics and function for your home.

Structural
Included is a set of professionally engineered drawings and details - essential for building a structurally sound home. We’ve worked with our structural consultant to provide drawings that are fully coordinated and easy to modify for your site. They’re based on risk category II, a seismic design category D, and a snow load of 70 psf.
