Builder Matchmaking
The building yentas from Matriarchy Build will strive to match you with a highly-vetted builder through the vetted Matriarchy Build contractor network. While there’s no guarantee for a match, rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to connect you to a suitable builder (or 2!).

Discovery Call
01
You’ll start with a 90 minute Discovery Call with our team to determine what home plan is best for you (and your site) and workshop any modification ideas that you have. We’ll review where you’re at in the process and help you plan your next moves with our planning roadmap. You’ll also receive a planning checklist - with some boxes checked after this call!
Planning Set
02
Based on what we determined in the Discovery Call, you’ll receive a Planning Set of drawings for your selected home plan. This initial set of drawings is perfect for planning, getting permits, or getting a local building cost estimates. Please note, this set is not for construction.
Site Review
03
We’ll create a 2D site mock-up of your land to test out how your plan can fit on your lot. We’ll review home placement, orientation, and buildable area. You’ll receive a site plan with property lines, your selected home placed, and any setback information you’ve provided to us.
*Add-on: 3D model of your topography to see your home placed on the land.
Builder Match
04
We’ve teamed up with Matriarchy Build to offer you builder matching for your home build. With a robust network of hand-picked General Contractors across the country, they’ll match you with a highly-vetted builder from their network.
*Note: While there’s no guarantee for a match, rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to connect you to a vetted builder (or 2!).

This 60 minute virtual consultation with a build pro from Matriarchy Build will provide you with some valuable outside coaching. During the call, your pro can help guide your process, determine what you can DIY, or review builder estimates.
